This post , via Hacker News, was amusing. Someone thought it was awesome that Microsoft employees don't have to get permission when they take a bathroom break. In all my jobs, I didn't need to get permission to take a bathroom break. I didn't realize that for people in low-paying jobs, they're treated like children. In school, you need to get permission to go to the bathroom. This is training for working as a slave, where you have to get permission to go to the bathroom. This story contain
