FINTAG COMMENT Regulation. This poster caught my eye. It is published by the UK’s National Health Service, a body I own along with my fellow tax payers. The NHS looks after the sick but would prefer not to. It would prefer people to be healthy and so is trying to promote healthy living. So they came up with the idea of putting a fat bloke with a big smile onto a bicycle. They want people to exercise, get fresh air and commune with their fellow man. Of course interfering with one’s free choice
